How it works
The treatment plan consists of three appointments:
1. Examination and treatment plan
Before each treatment, the mouth is thoroughly examined. We evaluate existing X-rays and CT scans of the jaw region or take the new ones directly at the practice. An individual treatment plan is then developed and discussed with the patient.
2. Removal of teeth and placement of implants
On the day of the operation, the affected teeth are extracted and the implants are placed. The Strategic Implants® are placed in the particularly stable cortical area of the jawbone, and even small amounts of bone are sufficient for a successful operation.
3. Incorporation of the bridge
Within 1-3 days after the implantation, the bridge – the visible row of artificial teeth – is attached. The bite is then adjusted and can be corrected several times.
The new artificial teeth can be loaded immediately, although it is recommended to start with soft food first.
Strategic Implant®
The term Strategic Implant® is now a protected trademark for the implants of Simpladent GmbH – the company that under the direction of Dr. Stefan Ihde developed this immediate loading technology.
Compared to conventional implants, Strategic Implant® is anchored in at least two locations in the cortical bone. This bone is very stable, it can absorb the chewing load immediately and it practically does not resorb in the course of life. Bone augmentation, sinus lift, waiting times and bone transplants are therefore no longer necessary.
With the help of the Strategic Implant®, the problem of limited bone availability in the case of severe bone loss was solved, and diabetics and other patients with concomitant diseases can now also be treated.

Treatment prices vary depending on the scope and complexity of the case. Estimates are made individually after examination and consultation. As a benchmark we can say that in most cases the cost of zirconia teeth for a full oral treatment starts from €18,900.
